HOW DO YOU HANDLY UNFORESEEN WEATHER CONDITIONS?

I totally understand that weather can be unpredictable, but I’m here to work with you. If needed, and my schedule allows, I’m flexible with rearranging our photoshoot time to catch the best weather conditions. If rescheduling isn’t possible and it’s just a light rain, I often recommend going ahead with the shoot. Some of my favorite photos have come from misty and rainy days – they add a unique touch to the pictures. Your comfort and satisfaction are my priorities, so we’ll find the best solution together.

HOW LONG DOES A TYPICAL PHOTO SESSION LAST?

The duration of a portrait photo session can vary based on several factors, including the group size, the number of desired locations, and the specific goals for the session. As a general guideline, I typically recommend a minimum of 1 hour for sessions involving 1-4 people, covering 1-2 locations in close proximity. This timeframe allows ample opportunity to capture a diverse range of poses, ensuring a collection of both posed and candid moments. I prioritize creating an enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere during the session, ensuring we make the most out of our time together.

Absolutely, I take great pride in providing a bespoke experience for my clients. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE PHOTOSHOOT?

Post-Photoshoot:

HOW SOON AFTER THE PHOTOSHOOT CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE EDITED IMAGES?

You’ll receive a sneak peek 24-72 hours post-shoot, with the full edited gallery delivered within 3-5 weeks. Factors like the season and photography type may influence the timeline. Your patience is valued as I strive to ensure each image reflects the quality and essence of your experience.

HOW DO WE GET OUR PHOTOS?

I’ll send you a secure, password-protected gallery where you can easily view, share, and download your photos in both high-res and web sizes.

CAN WE GET THE RAW FILES?

To ensure the highest quality and consistency in the final outcome, I don’t typically provide RAW files. My commitment is to deliver meticulously edited and polished images that beautifully capture the essence of your experience. If you have particular editing preferences or concerns, please feel free to discuss them with me. I’m dedicated to accommodating your needs within the boundaries of my artistic vision and professional standards.

Booking and Logistics:

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A PHOTOSHOOT?

I highly recommend securing your photoshoot booking at your earliest convenience to ensure availability and allow for ample preparation. While earlier bookings are advantageous, I understand that sometimes plans come together swiftly. If my schedule permits, I can accommodate photoshoot requests with as little as a week’s notice.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

To ensure efficient communication, especially considering the diverse time zones of my clients worldwide, I recommend reaching out via email (hello@molliepritchett.com) or utilising the contact form on my website. This ensures that your inquiries are promptly addressed at a time that suits both parties.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY PHOTOSHOOT?

Rescheduling or canceling your photoshoot is completely understandable, and I’m here to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule, I’ll make every effort to find a suitable alternative date and time. In the event of a cancellation with at least one week’s notice, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

ARE THERE ANY TRAVEL FEES?

If your photoshoot location is more than 10 miles/15 km from Florence, there might be a small travel fee, depending on how far it is. Also, any taxi rides or agreed-upon transfers aren’t included in the original quote. I like to keep things transparent and make sure you know about any extra costs related to travel for your photoshoot. Feel free to ask if you have any questions or doubts.

WE’RE PLANNING TO RENT A VILLA IN TUSCANY. WOULD YOU TRAVEL TO OUR PLACE, OR DO WE NEED TO COME TO FLORENCE?

There’s no need to journey to Florence; I’m delighted to come to your chosen villa in Tuscany! Considering the bustling city center, especially for large groups like family reunions, we highly recommend organizing the session in and around the comfort of your villa. This ensures a more intimate and relaxed photoshoot experience tailored to your group’s unique dynamics and the scenic surroundings of your chosen retreat.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

You have the option to seamlessly integrate 3 Polaroid pictures into your digital session or opt for an exclusively Polaroid photography session.
