If rescheduling isn’t possible and it’s just a light rain, I often recommend going ahead with the shoot. Some of my favorite photos have come from misty and rainy days – they add a unique touch to the pictures. Your comfort and satisfaction are my priorities, so we’ll find the best solution together.

As a general guideline, I typically recommend a minimum of 1 hour for sessions involving 1-4 people, covering 1-2 locations in close proximity. I highly recommend securing your photoshoot booking at your earliest convenience to ensure availability and allow for ample preparation. While earlier bookings are advantageous, I understand that sometimes plans come together swiftly. If my schedule permits, I can accommodate photoshoot requests with as little as a week’s notice.

Rescheduling or canceling your photoshoot is completely understandable, and I’m here to accommodate your needs. If you need to reschedule, I’ll make every effort to find a suitable alternative date and time. In the event of a cancellation with at least one week’s notice, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

If your photoshoot location is more than 10 miles/15 km from Florence, there might be a small travel fee, depending on how far it is. Also, any taxi rides or agreed-upon transfers aren’t included in the original quote. I like to keep things transparent and make sure you know about any extra costs related to travel for your photoshoot. Feel free to ask if you have any questions or doubts.

There’s no need to journey to Florence; I’m delighted to come to your chosen villa in Tuscany! Considering the bustling city center, especially for large groups like family reunions, we highly recommend organizing the session in and around the comfort of your villa.
