Family Photo Shoot in Florence Italy

As the weather in Florence, Italy begins to cool down it is one of the best times to plan a trip, explore the city and take some breathtaking photos that will last a lifetime. As an artist in this modern age it is such a pleasure to get away from my computer and actually step out into this incredible city that I call my second home. Doing portrait sessions in Florence has proven to be one of the highlights of working as a photographer and web designer. I not only get to meet some amazing people, I also get to use one of the most beautiful, iconic city’s of the world as my backdrop!

Last fall I met a family at Piazzale Michelangelo, the square in Florence with one of the best birds eye view of the city. We began our walking photo session by making our way to the base of an ancient staircase that ultimately leads to San Miniato al Monte, standing atop one of the highest points in the city, and then ending our session back in the square. Here are a few of my favorite shots of the day.
